I’m checking in this afternoon to give you a brief programming note. Tonight, August 14th, the LA Cup FIFA 2007 will be held at Casa de Pyle. The platform is Xbox 360. The game is FIFA 07. The contenders are some of the greatest button mashers in the greater LA area. Tomorrow Pyle of List will have a recap of the event. Some of the world’s greatest athletes will be on display…well their little pixelated video game versions will be on display. Also on display will be a group of not-so-athletic guys that may or may not be too old to be so excited about just such an occasion.

I haven’t owned/played a FIFA game since 2001 (my discovery of Championship Manager/Football Manager ruined me), but I’m quite looking forward to this.
