This Day in NFL Future

Anyone can record what already happened in the NFL, only Pyle of List can tell you what the future holds.

September 7th, 2049- The Lambeau Dome & Gated Community is the site of Brett Favre Day to open the season for the Packers and honor their legendary QB. As a tribute, ESPNFL fittingly retires the stat of interceptions as we know it.  From this day on, teams will be rewarded 2 additional points for every interception thrown. And as a tribute to Favre’s grit, determination and competitiveness they will now be called “Throws Pleasing to Brett” or TPB’s. Also of note, Brett, Brett Jr and Brett III all played QB for the Packers and blew out the Vikings  on the strength of 10 TPB’s.

I thought Favre would still be playing in 2049.
